Anessa Graham, LMT, MLDT, HGP-II, CPMT is a graduate of Cortiva Institute and is a member of the Associated Bodyworkers and Massage Professionals Association. She is licensed by the state of Pennsylvania and certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Facial Reflexology and Pediatric Massage Therapy.

Anessa has been part of the Aligned Medical Group staff since August 2015. She offers a therapeutic massage, blending Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Myofascial Release, Myofascial trigger point therapy, Facial Reflexology and Deep Tissue Massage. She can help you with injury rehabilitation, low back pain, tension-related headaches, and stress reduction. She has worked with special populations
including geriatric, pediatric and athletes. Anessa is passionate about the positive effects of massage therapy on your body and mind. She looks forward to working with you to restore health and wellness in your life.

She loves spending time with her husband, Paul and their family. A great joy is gathering around the table to share a meal. Anessa enjoys reading (she is a lifetime learner), yoga, exercise and walking their dog, Maddie.
