Embracing Christian values, Aligned Medical Group is a comprehensive team of compassionate medical specialists in the areas of physical medicine, functional medicine, human cell, and tissue products, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and medical weight loss.

Our mission is to provide our patients a solution-focused experience, where we give them the tools necessary to re-establish their ability to live life to its fullest. By doing this, we help our patients achieve the following: experience clarity, develop confidence and independence, obtain peace of mind, experience healing and enjoy the quality of life through healthy living.

Appointments

We will accommodate you as best we can for same-day appointments, and promise to see you within 24 hours.  For short notice appointments, we may need to see you outside of our normal operating hours.  Click: requesting an appointment to schedule now.

Insurance and Billing

We accept all major insurance plans, but please contact our office to verify the acceptance of your plan.  We do not accept Medicaid.  We verify your insurance benefits before or at your appointment and will inform you regarding non-covered services, and those services for which your insurance may require a copayment, coinsurance, and deductible payment.  We are transparent, and we make sure you know all costs before the service is provided.  Call our office for more details, and have your insurance card available!
