Can I just do the exercises at home?

Our physical therapists, exercise specialists and personal trainers have their own professions for very good reasons and are trained experts in the evaluations and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunction. They are trained specifically to improve function, relieve pain and expand range of motion while identifying any movement dysfunction and compensation changes based on your diagnosis.

Although the patient is the most essential component to their own recovery, physical therapy is an active process the requires the patient’s full commitment and guidance from the therapist. Not only does a therapist rehabilitate an injury with the correct movement patterns to replace faulty habits, but they educate the patient on the how the injury may affect their body and ultimately how to prevent any further injury. We encourage our patients to act as full partners with their therapist to achieve the best results possible from their treatment process.
